Shipping & Returns

We will ship your order anywhere in the world, unless not permitted by international shipping and postal laws. Basically all the shippings will be made from Tokyo, Japan, homeground of Inoxia Records.

Shipping methods

You can choose from any of the shipping methods listed below, but please understand that in some countries they may not be using the specific service you want. In that case, we will have to ask you to choose for a different way of shipping.

*EMS (express mail service) is the best shipping method, it is the most fastest way, and you will have a tracking number and insurance cover. While using EMS, in case of loss of the shipment, we will promptly send a replacement or we will refund your money.

*Air mail is the most common way of shipping, but unfortunately it does not have a tracking service.

*SAL(Economy Air) This is a service where international mail is handled as surface mail in both Japan and the destination country and as airmail between the two countries. The service is faster than surface mail while the cost is lower than airmail. It does not have a tracking service.
Please note that in some countries they do not have the SAL service, presently we know that Cyprus does not have this service.

*Surface Mail. This is a delivery system in which mail or packages travel over the surface of the earth, as opposed to traveling via airplane. It includes shipping by boat to your country and once the shipment is in your country by ground transportation. It does not have a tracking service.

About shipping days

Unless we mention a special delivery date, we will ship it within 3 business days.
Please understand that it will take us more days than usual, in case we are out of stock of the items your ordered.
In case you need your order urgently, please contact us before you order.
Shipping of an order that contains one or more "Pre-Ordered Items" will be deferred until the release date of POIs. If your single order contains already available items as well and you wish to have them shipped immediately, separate your order. Bottomline, you have to order TWICE if you wanna get delivered twice.

Estimated shipping days

In case you choose EMS, it will take 2-4 days for your order to arrive. On airmail , it will take about a week. The SAL system will take 2-3 weeks aprox. and finally the Surface Mail will take 1-3months. It depends also on the country you live.

Warranty and liability

Please note that the warranty and liability will be different between using EMS and using other shipping methods.

In case you use EMS: Once we confirm the loss or damage of your shipment, we will send you a replacement.
Or we will refund your money including shipping fees.

For all other shipping methods: Once we ship your order, it is no longer our responsability.
Please note that you will have to contact the carriers by yourself.
If you need documents for proof of shipping, we will send you copies as well as shipping receipts and photos of your shipment. But unfortunetaly that is the only assistance we will be able to do.

If you need proof of shipping we will accept your request only through the following periods :
Airmail: 3 weeks to 2 months after the date of shipping.
SAL: 5weeks to 3 months after the date of shipping.
Surface: 3-6 months after the day of shipping.

Returns

Please check your order as soon as possible once it has arrived. We will only accept returns or exchanges if they are made within 1 week from the date you received your order.

About shipping mistakes and damaged items

If the following situations apply, we will send you a replacement order including shipping fees.
1.- In case you receive different items than the ones you ordered.
2.- In case there is an obvious damage in the jacket, before opening.
3.- In case there is a damage inside the jacket, in the booklet or the cd itself.

Note: In the No.1 and No.2 cases we will exchange the damaged items only if the package has not been opened.
In the No.3 case we will exchange the damaged items after opened, but only if not used.

In the following situation we will exchange the items(shipping fees included)or refund your money.
*If the information we provide about the item on our website is wrong.
i.e. you receive only 1 cd, but our website has the information of a double cd.

Note that if you make a mistake on your order, we will exchange it for the correct item, only if not opened or damaged.
In this case we will charge you for the extra shipping costs.

In any case please be sure to send us an e-mail with your problem described within 1week from arrival of your order.
We will send you instructions on how to ship back the damaged or incorrect items you receive.
