Shipping & Returns

Due to the situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, postal service and shipping methods to some countries are temporarily limited.
Please read the "Countries WE CAN SHIP TO" list in the "News" section for more info.

We will ship your order anywhere in the world, unless not permitted by international shipping and postal laws. Basically all the shipping will be made from Tokyo, Japan, home ground of Inoxia Records.

Shipping methods

* Airmail (not offered to temporarily unavailable countries)
Description: Calculated by weight, usually takes one week, no tracking number, at your risk.
Warranty: It is at your risk, however, we can provide a proof of shipping upon your request, within one year from shipping.

* Registered airmail (not offered to temporarily unavailable countries)
Description: Calculated by weight, usually takes one week, with a tracking number.
Warranty: In the case of a lost parcel we ship a replacement or provide a full refund.

* EMS (not offered to temporarily unavailable countries)
Description: Calculated by weight, usually takes around 3 days, with a tracking number.
Warranty: In the case of a lost parcel we ship a replacement or provide a full refund.

* Courier Small (temporary method available to countries where registered mail is currently unavailable)
Description: Non-postal courier service with tracking, usually takes one week. Flat-rate for any parcel without vinyl LP, so a larger order becomes more cost effective.
Your phone number is required to ship by this method.
Warranty: In the case of a lost parcel we ship a replacement or provide a full refund.

* Courier Large (temporary method available to countries where registered mail is currently unavailable)
Description: Non-postal courier service with tracking, usually takes one week. Flat-rate for any parcel containing a vinyl LP, so a larger order becomes more cost effective.
Your phone number is required to ship by this method.
Warranty: In the case of a lost parcel we ship a replacement or provide a full refund.

* Surface Mail (temporary method available to countries where airmail is currently unavailable)
Description: Calculated by weight, usually takes 2-3 months, no tracking number, at your risk.
Warranty: It is at your risk, however, we can provide a proof of shipping upon your request, within one year from shipping.

* Registered Surface (temporary method available to countries where airmail or registered mail is currently unavailable)
Description: Calculated by weight, usually takes 2-3 months, with tracking number.
Warranty: In the case of a lost parcel we ship a replacement or provide a full refund.

Returns

Please check your order as soon as possible once it has arrived. We will only accept returns or exchanges if they are made within 1 week from the date you received your order.

About shipping mistakes and damaged items

If the following situations apply, we will send you a replacement order including shipping fees.
1.- In case you receive different items than the ones you ordered.
2.- In case there is an obvious damage in the jacket, before opening.
3.- In case there is a damage inside the jacket, in the booklet or the CD itself.

Note: In the No.1 and No.2 cases we will exchange the damaged items only if the package has not been opened.
In the No.3 case we will exchange the damaged items after opened, but only if not used.

In the following situation we will exchange the items(shipping fees included)or refund your money.
*If the information we provide about the item on our website is wrong.
i.e. you receive only 1 CD, but our website has the information of a double CD.

Note that if you make a mistake on your order, we will exchange it for the correct item, only if not opened or damaged.
In this case we will charge you for the extra shipping costs.

In any case please be sure to send us an e-mail with your problem described within 1 week from arrival of your order.
We will send you instructions on how to ship back the damaged or incorrect items you receive.
