About delivery and returns
You can choose from the following delivery methods for domestic shipments.
* Random delivery: 200 yen per order (Revised on September 24, 2018)
You can choose to order small items such as CDs, 7-inch singles, T-shirts and badges.
In the case of small products only, it is a fixed price no matter how many items you order.
Basically, it will be shipped by Japan Post's "click post", but depending on the situation, it may be shipped in multiple envelopes, or sent by letter pack or courier service. The difference will be borne by Inoxia Records.
Omakase delivery is not available for COD. Please select non-standard-size mail or Yu-Pack.

Select this if your order includes an analog, hoodie, or poster that is 10 inches or more and is not cash on delivery. Also, if you are in a hurry even if they are not included or you have specified a delivery date and time, please select this.
If COD is selected by payment method, it will be shipped by COD Yu-Pack.
* Non-standard-size mail: Calculated by weight For
cash on delivery, please select here. In addition, you can choose even if it is not cash on delivery. However, non-standard-size mail that is not cash on delivery does not have an inquiry number, so we do not assume responsibility after shipping. In addition, we cannot answer inquiries that have not arrived.
About returns* In case of erroneous shipment or damaged item If the
following applies, we will exchange it for a good item at the postage us burden.
1. I received a different product than my order.
2. There is a visible damage to the jacket.
3. The inside of the jacket, the booklet, and the board are damaged.
In the case of 1,2, it will be exchanged for a good item only before opening.
If it falls under 3, we will replace it if it is unused even if it has been opened.
In the following cases, we will return goods and refund at our shipping cost.
The description of the specification on the homepage was incorrect.
(Example: It is one piece even though it is written as a set of two.)
