"Noise Literacy" which Boris advocates means an ability to use noise adapting the purpose. In another words, a capability to choose/collect/exploit/edit/generate noise spontaneously.
Boris "reads and writes" noise. It is a declaration of the farewell to immersive and continually self-purposed noise music.
